Jose Juan De La Garza (31) was last seen on August 27, 2019 at or about 12:00 p.m. on the 200 block of Thomas Street and is believed to have been riding a Schwinn bicycle. Jose Juan De La Garza was last seen wearing a beige American Eagle shirt, blue and beige plaid shorts, and sandals. Ramiro Avila Jr. (32)

Brownsville Police are still investigating the disappearance of Ramiro Avila. Avila, who uses the name "Kimberly" was last seen by family members on May 13, 2017 at approximately 2:30 am. Family members gave Avila a ride to the 1200 block of E. Washington St. and have not seen or heard from Avila since then. Family advised that Avila is a transgender and was last seen wearing a black wig, a black short sleeve dressy blouse, a black skirt and high heel shoes.
