Person of Interest In regards to a theft of a wallet

Brownsville Police Detectives are looking for the identity of this subject who is a person of interest in a theft of a wallet that occurred on 11/19/16 on the 2800 block of Pablo Kisel Blvd. The victim dropped her wallet and subject is believed to have picked it up and put it in his bag as he walked out of the store.
