ARRESTED: Burglary of coin operated machine; Criminal Mischief

On October 02, 2017, at approximately 11:05am, Detectives made contact with Michael John Tronsclair in reference to the parking meters that were burglarized on September 23, and September 29, 2017 near the intersection of 11Th St and Levee. Mr. Trosclair had been arrested by patrol officers on 10/01/17 for burglary of a coin operated machine and was being detained in city jail. During the interview subject implicated himself to breaking into the parking meters on the above dates. On October 03, 2017, Mr. Trosclair was also charged with burglary of a coin operated machine (3 counts) and criminal mischief (3 counts).
