This individual has been identified as Jesse Ocampo. Ocampo has been arrested for this incident and several others. The Brownsville Police Department would like to the thank Brownsville Crime Stoppers and the community for its help.

The Brownsville Police Department Detectives are seeking assistance from the public. On December 19, 2021, the suspect enters the Drive-Thru Express Grocery located at Esperanza and Southmost. The suspect has taken merchandise and a tip jar from the location on several occasions. The Brownsville Police Department Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying this individual.
