Brownsville Police Detectives are looking for the identity or whereabouts of this subject. The subject is a person of interest in a Theft at Wal-Mart on Ruben M Torres. The subject was seen by surveillance cameras picking up a cell phone by the produce department and left with the phone. The male subject is wearing a gray sweater with a black mask.
