The suspect has a bald head and has tattoos on his chest and arms. The suspect is wanted for questioning in reference to a Theft of a Motor Vehicle. The suspect frequently walks around the area of Southmost and Esperanza. The Brownsville Police Department Detectives are seeking assistance in identifying this individual.
