Wanted: Credit Card Abuse

Andraluz Christine Howard turned herself in this morning.

Brownsville Police Detectives are looking for the identity or whereabouts of Andraluz Christine Howard (39). Howard attempted to use a stolen debit card at the 1300 block of Palm Boulevard on October 10, 2022. The debit card was declined at the location, and this alerted the victim.
