Brownsville Police Department in collaboration with the Brownsville Fire Department are looking for the whereabouts of Jose Rafael Gandarilla-Cruz (21). Gandarilla-Cruz is wanted for the offense of Arson that occurred at 1351 E. Jefferson Street (Rey Press Apartments). Gandarilla-Cruz was last seen driving a gray Pontiac Aztek.
